Refund & Exchange Policy

At Cin Cin, every piece is made with care—and often made just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not offer refunds on custom or personalized items.
Exchanges
If you're not totally in love with your order, we're happy to offer an exchange whenever possible.
To be eligible:
Contact us within 7 days of delivery
Item must be unused and in original condition
Return must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving it
Email us at [Insert Email Address] with your order number and details. We'll walk you through next steps and provide a return label if needed.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable. However, if there's an issue due to a mistake on our part, we’ll make it right with a correction or replacement.
Shipping Issues
Lost or delayed packages: Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we unfortunately can't guarantee arrival times. If your tracking hasn’t updated or your package is significantly delayed, reach out—we’re happy to help file a claim or track it down.
Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
International Orders
We’re happy to ship internationally! Please note:
Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery
International shipping times can vary widely depending on location
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Exchanges for international orders are handled on a case-by-case basis—please reach out if there's an issue
